12^th Lublin International Medical Congress for Students and Young Doctors

Lublin International Medical Congress (LIMC) is a prestigious scientific event with a global reach, organized for over 11 years by the Student Scientific Society of the Medical University of Lublin. 1. Can a Polish participant participate in the online conference?

No, only international participants are eligible.

2. Can I participate if the topic of my poster is closely related to an article currently under review?

If the work you intend to present is identical or substantially overlaps with an article currently under review, this will be considered plagiarism and is not permitted. However, if the topic is the same but the work itself is completely different, there is no problem with participation

3. Where can I find the LIMC 2025 Book of Abstracts?

The LIMC 2025 Book of Abstracts is currently being published. The publication is being prepared by the Main Library of the Medical University of Lublin and is currently beyond the control of the LIMC organizers

4. When do I have to pay?

Regardless of the registration date, all payments must be made by March 8, 2026.

5. Does my Early Bird registration count if I pay later than February 8, 2026?

Yes, your Early Bird registration remains valid if you pay by March 8, 2026.

6. Can I present my poster work online?

Posters are not presented as oral presentations.

The required poster size is 1920x1080px in pdf/png.

Posters cannot contain animations or videos.

7. How many authors can a submitted work have?

May have a maximum of 5 authors.

8. How many papers can I submit to the conference?

One author may submit a maximum of 3 papers to the conference.

9. What is the deadline for submitting an abstract?

Abstracts are accepted until February 26, 2026.

10. What formal requirements must an abstract meet?

An abstract can be a maximum of 3,500 characters (including spaces and punctuation). This limit also includes phrases such as the introduction, the aim of the study, material, etc., which will be counted towards the word limit.

The abstract must also include the first and last name of the author, co-authors, and the supervisor. These do not count towards the word limit.

The abstract cannot contain tables/graphics/graphs, etc.

11. When will I be notified of my abstract's acceptance?

A decision regarding my abstract will be made by March 5, 2026.

12. By when must I submit the license agreement?

A properly completed license agreement must be submitted no later than March 28, 2026. Failure to submit the agreement will result in the abstract not being included in the abstract book.

13. How can I submit my abstract?

To submit an abstract, please register using the registration form (link in bio) and email it to one of the following addresses:
